By placing a reservation with Boston Limo Wedding you acknowledge and expressly agree to the following policies, terms and conditions:
Making a reservation
When you are ready to reserve and book your luxury wedding limousine, please use our Free Online Quote to submit your order/reservation.
Rules and Regulations
It is forbidden to exceed the capacity of the chosen vehicle. Service begins when your chauffeur arrives for the first pick-up of all passengers and ends at the final destination or drop-off of all passengers or the time your reservation ends, whichever last occurs.
Boston Limo Wedding is not responsible for any stolen, lost or damaged property.
Client shall not interfere with the Chauffeur in the discharge of his/her duty or tamper with any apparatus or appliance on the vehicle.
Boston Limo Wedding reserves the right to refuse to transport persons under the influence of or in possession of illegal drugs, as well as those excessively intoxicated, in the possession of firearms or dangerous substances of any kind.
If, during or after the transportation service, the company is required to expend an extended amount of time and material to clean the vehicle due to acts of the client or any passenger, additional cleaning fees will apply.
Unforeseeable Events
There could be unforeseen traffic and severe weather conditions which can delay travel time. Boston Limo Wedding will do its best to accommodate its clients’ timely arrival. If your vehicle does not arrive as expected we will not be held liable.
Other Terms
Boston Party Bus Limo requires a minimum of at least 7 business days prior to the scheduled pick up. Cancellations within 24 hours of your scheduled pick-time are subject to the full service charge quoted. If you made a round-trip reservation, and you would like to cancel it, please remember to cancel each segment of the trip separately, otherwise, the account will be charged the full amount of the trip.
Customer agrees to be responsible for all reservations made resulting in a "No-Show". If you do not see your chauffeur, please call our office immediately at toll-free number (1-800-287-8414) and we will try to assist you. The dispatcher will immediately direct your chauffeur to you. In order to avoid being charged a No-Show fee, please do not leave the designated meeting location without notifying us.
